1. Order Processing Times
We pride ourselves on lightning-fast dispatch times. All orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday are processed and shipped on the exact same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or national holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing your secure tracking number.

4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. You can monitor your package’s journey directly to your doorstep.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
While extremely rare, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier logistical issues. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team. As part of our Delivery Guarantee, we will launch an investigation and arrange for a free reshipment if the package is deemed lost.
